Born in Barcelona 1986, a chef by profession, he studied at schools such as ESHOB and CETT, since then he has practiced his profession in kitchens such as Nandu Jubany or Andoni in Mugaritz, and cities such as Barcelona, Madrid and Zaragoza, Palma de Mallorca or Ibiza and Andorra among others have been its growth.
