I studied at the Film School in Madrid, I worked in the audiovisual sector for 9 years, but even then the idea of one day owning a catering business was already in my head. It was in the crisis of 2010 when that idea began to take shape, in 2012 I found a place, I gathered several family recipes and I took the plunge without thinking too much about it. That was more than 8 years ago, again we went through different crises, but in the worst moments the best opportunities arise. And that’s where we are.
