Born in 1993 in La Roda (Albacete), he has worked in restaurants such as 99 Sushi Bar, Kyushu and Yugo The Bunker.
In the middle of the pandemic he decided to give shape to his concept HOMIE, a home delivery of Asian haute cuisine. An experience that transcends the purely gastronomic.
