At only 26 years old, she made a 360º turn and opened SUSHIFRESH in an ecomerce operated format in which she was probably the first dark kitchen in Spain, anticipating all food delivery trends. She currently leads the FRESHPERTS home catering group, within its own proprietary technology application, offering the user the possibility of combining all the kitchens in the same order
