With more than 20 years of professional experience, he has developed his career as a consultant and auditor in a wide range of sectors, specializing in the restaurant industry. The last few years he has focused on Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement. He is currently the Managing Director of HAVI for Spain and Portugal.
