With a degree in Law from the Complutense University and a master’s degree in International Cooperation, Pilar Ramos has developed her career in the elderly sector for more than 20 years. Among other positions, she has been responsible for institutional relations and training in the Lares state-level Federation and, since 2010, she held the position of general director of the Madrid employer’s association of attention to dependency AMADE, to become president in 2019 of said employer.
