Paco Pérez was born in Huelva but since he was 6 months old, he has belonged to Llançà, a small fishing village in the Alt Empordà, where he has grown up and soaked up the elements of this land, combining them and bringing them into his cuisine. Miramar**, the «»mother house»», is located there, along with other places such as Enoteca** Hotel Arts, Cinco* Das Stue, Arco Restaurant, Tast Català, Peralada Resort and other casual proposals all over the country that bear the Paco Pérez stamp.
