Born in Madrid but with Mexican roots. Hospitality and gastronomy have fascinated me since I was a child. That led me to study hospitality and specialize in beverages for six years as I started working in events and restaurants. I am passionate about the world of drinks, tasting and creating drinks and concepts. So I have come to develop my first own concept where we develop together with the team the passion for Mexico in its liquid form.
