Born in Argentina, raised in Palma de Mallorca, Matías has been in the cocktail industry for almost 20 years. He is the co-founder of Ginbo and Chapeau 1987, two of the best known and most prolific bars on the Balearic Islands in Spain. He is also the Content Director of Madrid Cocktail Week and The Drinks Show, two of the most important events in the beverage industry. Winner of two awards for “Best Cocktail Menu in Spain by FIBAR” (2016, Ginbo and 2020 Chapeau 1987).
