With a degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Food Biotechnology from the University of Oviedo, I have developed my professional career in the Food Quality and Safety sector. Focused on Food&Beverage and Travel Retail activities, since 2011 I have been part of the Quality Department of Areas, with the aim of implementing multidisciplinary actions for Continuous and Sustainable Improvement in all the processes of its activity.
