Marc Alvarez, born in Barcelona in July 83, began at the age of 15 in the hostelry sector, combining studies and flight hours in the bar world. Finally he decides to abandon his studies and career as a Biologist to dedicate himself full time to the bar. Serving as Barmanager of the elBarri group of Albert Adira, finally in 2018 he founded Drinks_Atelier a creative agency to develop projects around the liquid world. Finally in 2020 he starts with the Sips project.
