In 2003 he opened Residence in Bilbao, a small pub with an Irish feel where whisky, beer and good music reign supreme, and the cocktail bar has a prominent place; Official Ardbeg Embassy and recommended by Top Cocktail Bars and Whisky Magazine. Contributor to the Basque Moonshiner distillery and member of RoyalBliss’ TheCrew, regular speaker at FIBAR and BCC, and nominated in Whisky Icons 2021.
