She holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has completed the Legal Practice School Course in Business Consultancy at the Complutense University of Madrid, as well as the LiderA Directivas Programme of the Community of Madrid and the Senior Business Management Programme (PADE) through the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra. With more than 20 years of experience in the sector, Lourdes Rivera has held the position of General Manager at Amavir Group since 2016.
