García Ferrer holds a PhD in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares and an Executive Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the San Pablo-CEU University. She stands out for her knowledge of Social Services: she has developed policies for Children in Madrid, as Manager of the Madrid Institute for Minors and the Family; and policies for the Elderly, the Disabled and Dependency, as Director General for the Elderly, the Disabled and Dependency in Castilla-La Mancha.
