40 years old, born in Madrid. He trained in cooking at the Luis Irizar School of Cooking in San Sebastián. He completed the Higher Course in Hospitality Business Management at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, working in Management in various catering groups. He has worked in restaurants such as Zuberoa, El Kursaal de Martín Berasategui, Alameda de Hondarribia, Carlos Oyarbide in Madrid or S´Atic in Mallorca. Since 2010 he has been a co-founding partner of the group Ochenta Grados.
