José Antonio started his career at Telepizza leading new product development projects and business models. At Grupo Vips he held various positions and after the purchase by ALSEA, he was responsible for the New Projects and Operational Excellence area, being the head of the company’s Delivery strategy at the European level. Since the beginning of 2020, he has run Manolo Bakes, a chain of coffee bakery shops known for their famous manolitos and for their high quality coffee.
