Joaquim Boadas de Quintana is a Spanish lawyer specialising in nightlife issues, he is also Secretary General of the International Nightlife Association and also of the employers’ association Spain Nightlife. Joaquim is also a member of the Board of Directors of the European Nightlife Association (ENA) and a world nightlife expert and has participated in numerous conferences around the world.
