Formerly director of Deliveroo Editions in Spain, Jaime built and managed one of the first phantom kitchens in our country. He now founds Cuyna, a network of kitchens focused entirely on delivery and take away, which facilitates and significantly reduces the cost of geographical expansion for hoteliers and home delivery.
