F&B Operations Manager for Mahou-San Miguel’s Beer Experience Spaces since 2018, developing new national and international projects that combine gastronomy and the craft beer world. I come from a family of restaurateurs in Buenos Aires; I grew up among tablecloths, cookers, budgets, many issues to solve and a passion for good food: it was inevitable that I would dedicate myself to Restaurant Operations.
