Born on 14 May 1962, in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona.
Together with Juli Soler, he placed elBulli restaurant at the pinnacle of world gastronomy, being awarded 5 times the best restaurant in the world. His dialogue with science, design, art and the business world gives him a holistic vision of innovation.
Currently, with elBullifoundation, he wants to share his experience with SMEs to improve efficiency in innovation.
