Chef and founder of Paipái Restaurant. A trained economist, I travelled the world. I decided to change my life to train in cooking (my passion) and carry out the dream of setting up Paipái, a concept of Latin and Asian fusion food, the result of my travels and the tradition inherited from my mother and grandmother.
