Degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of León. I did a year at the Facoltà di Medicina Veterinaria dell’Università degli Studi di Milano. Master in Business Administration (MBA) at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. I have been International Product Manager for cold meats and cheese at DIA Supermarkets. I have been with Alsea since 2008 where I am currently Group Purchasing Director for our European activities.
