Federico Armenteros Ávila is the founder and President of the Fundación 26 de Diciembre. He is a Social Educator and, in 2009, he was appointed Honorary President of the General Council of Social Educators of Spain. He is an expert in childhood, drug addiction and HIV/AIDS policies and has written several articles on LGTBI elders, helping to make this forgotten group more visible.
