Diego Guerrero opened the DSTAgE restaurant, with two Michelin stars, in Madrid in July 2014 After leading the El Club Allard restaurant since 2002, where he obtained two Michelin stars. On August 3, 2019, DSPEAK opens, its second project in Madrid, a “casualized” haute cuisine space complementary to DSTAgE. In September 2016, it launches its new creative space designed and led DSPOT.
