If we analyze social trends, in today’s competitive restaurant market, creating an environment in which all customers feel welcome and live a memorable experience is important, and sometimes means aligning policies that appeal to different groups, whether That means people who live within the same city or tourists who visit it. And the team that offers the experience is that the architects of the best restaurants spend more time focused. The more diverse the team, the more likely it is that future stars, great ideas and the ability to overcome obstacles are present. “Cultural diversity not only implies geographically separate cultures. It can also include ethnic, class, professional or organizational cultures. The mere fact that an individual is different from most of the people around them promotes more open and divergent thinking, maybe even rebellious, in that person. Such a person is more likely to question traditions, rules and limits, and seek answers where others cannot think”.
