After 6 months of activity the team at LABe Digital Gastronomy Lab has started different projects that will be shared as case-studies at the Startup Forum. New smart kitchen equipment, stock storage simulation, menu super-personalization, restaurant digital management, pricing software, digitalization of waste management, immersive 360º experiences and food 3-D printing are some of the experiments and projects that will be shared.

LABe Digital Gastronomy Lab is a pioneering Open Innovation laboratory, specialized in experimentation, development and testing in real context of tech-based products, services and business models. It has Basque Culinary Center’s signature and strategic support from Gipuzkoa Provincial Council, Basque Government and San Sebastian City Council.
