He opened his own Frenchie restaurant on Rue de Nil on Paris 1 in April 2009, an instant criticism and commercial success, later Frenchie Covent Garden in February 2016 with a proposal of flavors and simple dishes inspired by Greg’s travels , from London to New York to Spain and Hong Kong awarded that year with number 26 in the National Restaurant Awards.
