Rodrigo has 14 years of experience in restaurant marketing and operation and an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He worked as Commercial and Marketing Director at CMR, then he was appointed VP of Business Development and VP of Premium Brand Operations in the same corporation. He is currently the Mero Mero (CEO) of Mero Mole, a company that has more than 180 projects (restaurants, food halls, consulting, among others) in more than 11 countries.
