Petra Axdorff is CEO of IKEA in Spain since September 2018, and also assumes responsibility as CSO in our country, reflecting IKEA’s commitment to sustainability. With a long career in the distribution sector and at IKEA since 2012, she was previously Business Manager of Free Range. In Spain, her commitment is based on strengthening IKEA’s role through new formats and as an employer brand, energising society, an example in diversity, equality and sustainability.
