I create and promote brands, products and new-generation food business models with the mission of contributing to a better food system. I am co-founder and CEO of -ivoro food innovation hub based in Madrid, where we help corporates, SMEs and startups, we do venture building, we invest in early stage in agrifood, innovative CPG and Foodtech in Spain, Israel and USA. I am a sworn member of the EIC Accelerator pilot, and a mentor in EIT Food and Dinamina of CSIC.
