I am an entrepreneur passionate about food and innovation. I studied Psychology and an MBA. I have created 4 companies in different sectors, always related to food. I currently run Las Muns, a gourmet empanadas chain, with more than 15 stores between Barcelona and Madrid and in full expansion. I was born in Tucumán, Argentina and I have lived in Barcelona since 2005. I am changing roles between entrepreneur, father, teacher, cyclist and others.
