Juan Vela has a degree in Social Work from the University of Zaragoza, and a Master in Management of Non-Profit Organizations, among other degrees. Currently, among others, he holds the positions of vice president and general director of the Cruz Blanca Foundation; director of the San Lorenzo family house (Huesca, Lares Aragón) and national president of Lares (Association, Federation and Foundation), the reference non-profit entity in the Third Sector of dependency care.
