With more than 25 years of experience in the hotel F&B world, of which 12 have been in corporate management. During his professional career he has been part of the F&B Corporate Management at Melia Hotels International, he has also been F&B Corporate Director at Palladium Hotel Group and is currently F&B Director of the nearly 70 hotel assets owned by Hotel Investment Partners, whose management is in charge of more than 20 different hotel operators.
