Revelation Chef 2016 and owner of La Tasquería Restaurant shows a new approach to the farmhouse as well as a renewed creative and agile vision of our more traditional cuisine. After his training at the Superior Hospitality Center of Galicia, the collaboration in several Michelin-starred restaurants and his step as head chef of the Mesón de doña Filo in 2010, in 2015 he began his personal project by opening “La Tasquería de Javi Estévez”.
