Currently I serve as Vice President Operations at Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) EMEA, reporting to the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Overseeing more than 300 hotels operating under different business modalities. My main role is to lead the transformation of the Radisson Hotel Group’s Operating Model, aiming to convert the RHG into the top hotel operator in the markets where it operates.
