When I turned 14 my family opened a restaurant in Corfu where my life in hospitality starts.

In Dublin from 2001 to study and work in 2 boutique hotels (Morisson, Dylan) where I took my first leap in management.

In 2008 joined Chef Marcus Wareing in London as Head Waiter and soon after as Restaurant Manager.

From 2014 I have been at The Fat Duck Group as RM & now as Head of Emotionalisation.

In 2020 I will be working with Chef Heston in shaping our future relationship with food.
