Diego Guerrero inaugurated the DSTAgE restaurant, with two Michelin stars, in Madrid in July 2014 After leading since 2002 the El Club Allard restaurant where he got two Michelin stars. On August 3, 2019, DSPEAKEASY opens its second project in Madrid, a “casual” haute cuisine space complementary to DSTAgE. In September 2016, he launched his new creative space designed and led DSPOT.
