I am chef who is specialist of Japanese Wagyu Beef, also Japanese Cuisine in General. Now I am establishing on line work which is hosting Youtube channel from JAN 2019.
As a chef, the most important things are enjoying cooking for my guests and the communication with them. Now chef has to work everywhere, not only for restaurant guest.
