Craig Shelton has earned a James Beard ‘Best Chef’ medal, NY Times 4-Stars, 5-Star Forbes, Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef title; and ‘#1 Top Restaurant in America’ in 2004 from GQ. He also teaches teaches a freshman seminar on sustainability at Princeton University. Mr. Shelton, a US Presidential Scholar, received his BA in ‘Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry’ from Yale. He is the founder of Shelton Hospitality Group, Aeon Hospitality Consulting, King’s Row Coffee, Aeon Holistic Agriculture.
