Cinta Pascual is currently CEO of the geriatric group L’Onada Serveis-Onacare. She is also president of the Circle of Attention to People (CEAPs) and president of the Associació Catalana de Recursos Assistencials (ACRA), among other institutional positions. Cinta Pascual has a degree in Social Work from the University of Barcelona, ​​has a postgraduate degree in Social Equipment Management from the Ramón Llul University and a master’s degree in Business Management from the Rovira i Virgili University.
