Venezuelan journalist based in Spain since 2008, she is the general director of the Ibero-American Academy of Gastronomy, coordinator of the gastronomy page of the Ronda Iberia magazine, co-host of the Gastronomic Laboratory program (in Radio Exterior of Spain). In addition, he has presented the National Awards and Memoirs of Gastronomy, awarded by the Royal Academy of Gastronomy.
