My own project started in 2001 with Lluerna and I am fortunate that my personal commitment has been recognized with the Best Young Chef Award 2012 by the ACGN, Michelin Star 2013, 2 Soles Repsol 2014 and 2019 and Green Star 2021. I am an associate professor at the University of Barcelona since 2015. In 2017 we opened Bar Verat, Bib Gourmand 2018, more casual and dynamic. Our latest project is the creation of a gastronomic consultancy, in 2021 Zostera Consultoría is born.
Victor Quintillà Imbernon
