It is not easy to summarise Rafael Ansón Oliart’s life, but it is obligatory to say that he has a degree in Law and a Doctor Honoris Causa from the Alfonso X el Sabio University. He has spent his professional life between communication -since he was president of RTVE in the first government of Adolfo Suárez- and gastronomy, holding the presidency of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy for 40 years.
