I was born in La Garriga 39 years ago and I have been working as a cook for more than twenty-five years as a profession and by vocation. I have worked in Catalonia, Spain and France and I have always been driven by enthusiasm and a sense of duty to serve. To serve for something, to serve the kitchen, to give myself to leave it a little better than I found it. It has given me everything.
