I serve as SVP Transformation & Operations at Radisson Hotel Group, reporting to the EMEA President Officer and the Executive Committee of the Company. I oversee more than 300 hotels and key transformational projects in close coordination with our IT organization
My main role is to lead the transformation of the Radisson’s Operating Model. My areas of responsibility include multinational team management, strategic guidelines setting, incorporating innovation to the «core» business.
