Chief Economist and Corporate Director of Strategic Planning and Research at CaixaBank. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from Pompeu Fabra University, a Master’s and PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago and is a graduate of the Management Development Programme at IESE Business School. He worked at the International Monetary Fund between 2000 and 2006, when he joined Caixabank, where he has been in charge of the strategic planning and research teams since 2016.
