Jorge Lurueña has been developing professionally in the catering sector for more than twenty years where he has participated in the operations of several relevant organizations. In 2008, aware of the growing need to provide specific management tools for the sector, he founded MAPAL Software, a pioneer in Spain in technology for restoration, which today provides solutions to more than 6,000 stores in 20 countries.
