Giuseppe Scionti is Founder and CEO of NOVAMEAT, where he leads the development of a new generation of vegetable and cellular meat substitutes. He has appeared in the international press as the inventor of the first 3D printed vegetable meat, has been a guest at conferences of TEDx, European Parliament and UN and is one of the «Nine Innovators to Follow in 2019» by the Smithsonian Magazine. In 2020, the Guardian wrote that NOVAMEAT has created the «most realistic vegetable steak in the world.»
