After directing the operations of various restaurant chains, I decided to undertake, together with my brothers and two friends, the creation of a group of restaurants located in unique locations. Doñaluz (a rooftop in Madrid’s Puerta del Sol) is now joined by Lamalaka, a Beach Club in Nerja, on Calahonda beach.
