16 -18 February 2026 IFEMA - Madrid
The Annual Hospitality Madrid Congress is the main event organized by Hostelería Madrid, the most representative business association in the sector within the Community of Madrid.
It is not an independent trade fair, but rather a key conference held within the framework of HIP (Horeca Professional Expo), the major innovation summit for the hospitality and foodservice industry, which takes place annually at IFEMA MADRID.
The goal of this congress is to serve as a meeting point for professionals, business owners, and executives in the sector, where the challenges, trends, and future of Madrid’s hospitality industry are analyzed.
The congress focuses on the most relevant issues for hospitality businesses. It brings together experts, successful entrepreneurs, and authorities to discuss the sector’s current landscape.
Main thematic areas:
Entrepreneurship: Analysis of new business models.
Talent Management: Strategies for attracting, training, and retaining staff.
Innovation and Technology: Implementation of new digital tools to optimize operations.
Customer Experience: The importance of service, hospitality culture, and staff attitude.
Sustainability and Tourism: How to address tourism decentralization and sustainable management.
Attracting Foreign Investment: Strategies to position Madrid as a hub for hospitality investment.
Internationalization of the Sector: How to expand Madrid-based brands and concepts into new markets.
New Strategies and Success Formulas: Presentation of case studies and trends shaping the future of foodservice.
